Introduction
The new design of this equipment adopts a horizontal desktop design. It is mainly used by colleges and universities and scientific research institutions to process metal materials under protective atmosphere conditions , such as stainless steel, nickel-based alloys, copper, alloy steel, nickel-cobalt alloys, rare earth metals, etc. Smelting treatment, alloy sample preparation, high-temperature sintering of non-metallic materials, smelting and casting, etc.

● The melting speed is fast, and the temperature can reach 2100 ℃ by adding a thermal insulation jacket .
● Programmed temperature control is optional. Set the heating or cooling curve according to your process requirements, and the equipment will automatically heat or cool according to this process .
● With pouring device, the melted sample can be poured into the prepared ingot mold to cast the sample shape you want. It can be smelted under a variety of atmosphere conditions : air, protective atmosphere, and can also be upgraded to smelt under high vacuum conditions. Buying one piece of equipment can achieve multiple functions and save your costs to a certain extent .
● Optional secondary feeding system: can add other elements during the melting process, making it easier for you to prepare diversified samples .
